Organization

Wavenis-OSA is an independent legal entity, incorporated in the state of Delaware in the USA as a non-profit 501(c)6 trade association. Wavenis-OSA is a member-driven organization, governed by a Board of Directors, who are representatives of Principal members. The Board annually elects a slate of Officers, who direct the group's operations and manage progress toward our objectives.
