Member Levels & Benefits
Thank you for your interest in Wavenis-OSA membership. Please read through the below list of benefits available with Wavenis-OSA membership. Any association, governmental agency, non-profit organization or academic entity is encouraged to join at the Advisory level but may choose to join at any other level offered.
Wavenis-OSA offers three different levels of active membership, each with its own benefits and annual dues amount. In addition, there are Informational members, who pay no dues, and who receive one electronic copy of all publicly released material but do not otherwise participate in the activity of the Alliance.
Be A Leader!
Principal members are the driving force behind the Alliance. As a principal member, you have the opportunity to influence the industry, lead the organization and be a visionary. Primary benefits of principal membership include a designated seat on the board of directors, the ability to run for an elected officer position and the opportunity to chair organization committees.
Actively Participate!
Participating and Advisory members are the core technical and marketing participants on Alliance committees. Without this key group of engineers, developers, scientists, and product managers, the vision of the Alliance could not be accomplished.
Stay Informed!
Informational members are those who want to stay in the loop on Wavenis-OSA announcements and activity by receiving a copy of all publications of the Alliance that are intended for regular distribution when available to the public. There is no financial or other commitment for this type of membership.
