How to Join

Joining Wavenis-OSA is a simple process. First, please review the legal documents linked below. Then fill out the membership application and return it as directed on the form. An invoice will be sent to you, and your membership benefits will begin as soon as your dues payment is received.

If you are applying for Informational membership, you will receive confirmation that your membership application was received, and your membership will begin immediately.
